At Millet Fresh Naturals, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and delivering our products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we maintain a strict no-return policy on all orders. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Returns
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, we do not accept returns of any product for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or incorrect ordering.
- Taste or flavour preference.
- Delay in consumption after delivery.
- Ordering the wrong variant (weight, quantity, etc.).
2. No Refunds
Since we do not accept returns, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Please see below for the limited exceptions.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund in the following rare cases:
- Damaged during transit — The product was visibly damaged upon delivery.
- Wrong item sent — You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Quality issue — The product is defective, spoiled, or unfit for consumption upon arrival.
In any of these cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
6. Why No Returns?
As a food product company, we prioritise hygiene and safety. Once a food item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions during return transit. This policy ensures that every product our customers receive meets our quality standards.
